a friend of mine got that helm from completing cursed shore. its an exotic but i dont remember the name of the helm and it had the superior rune of divinity inside so he disassembled it… but the set is in the game… sry that i cant tell you more about it…

someone stated that every armor/weapon you see in game on npc’s is actually part of the game and everyone can have it
