Power vs condition help
For most players condition damage is a secondary stat to direct damage (technically, it’s a secondary stat for everyone regardless) but if you have enough conditions then you might want to consider a condition based build. With just one condition though you’re much better off going for the direct damage as opposed to waiting for your one condition to work its magic.
With that setup I’d probably devote about 80% DD and 20 CD at most but that’s just my opinion. FWIW, I play an 80 warrior with a DD build and an 80 elementalist with a CD build. Both play completely different and I couldn’t imagine switching them around.
I use a Sword/Warhorn on my Warrior and I just stack Power/Precision; the Bleed is a nice bonus, but I wouldn’t never focus on gear with Condition Damage. There are just far too many downsides to Condition Damage for me to even consider it over raw unadulterated damage.
Do you even lift, bro?
the 80-20 idea is pretty much how I have it right now. its just always bugged me that I never notice any difference no matter how much more I add while at least condition damage I can see the increase.
I imagine anet has it so its similar in effects to each other in some fashion but I;v always been curious to the exact difference. I just lack the strong math sense to figure it out XD
The math formulas can be found on the GW2 wiki pages:

Hope it helps

I would suggest checking out the Warrior boards. I suspect they have plenty of discussions and opinions on Condition vs. Power builds.
Bleed gets really crappy benefit from the Condition Damage stat:
5 damage per stack per second per 100 Condition Damage.
Add to that that Bleed is capped at 25 stacks and a lot of classes inflict it, and that some things such as Siege Weapons in WvW and other structures are immune to it… It just sucks. Not worth it as a Warrior.
