Good day all, just need to ask people who have successfully gambled for a precursor their stats. Like how much gold they spent and how many rare or exotic weapons they threw in the mystic forge. The precursor is my biggest worry since its TP price keeps going up. I’m considering spending 100g for gambling but at the same time, I’m just wondering if i should farm the rest of the gold I need for the precursor instead and buy off the TP. Thoughts? Should I just wait for the scavenger hunt update? (Going for The Dreamer by the way, precursor The Lover is 325g in TP at the moment)

I think you should just save the gold and buy it off the TP. People have thrown hundreds of exotics in the forge and have got nothing. I’m waiting for some change to come with obtaining precursor. I will still continue saving mats and gold, but I don’t see me getting 350 gold any time soon. I think they need to change or add more ways to get precursor.

Second the OP.

I believe that it’s supposed to be a 1/(how many exotics of said weapon exist)… or something of the sort. But with the botched RNG they have going, who’s to say?

I really want to hear from people that have it simply because someone has bought up all the Short Bow precursors in the past few days, thus driving the asking prices up (probably to the point that said Lover buyer will cash in on the leap from what was ~330 to—quote me, because I can almost guarantee it—~500-~550, as most of the more expensive precursors are) and literally making The Lover impossible to own without gambling on the MF right now.
