If we preorder the Path of Fire expansion through somewhere like Gamestop, do we still get the preorder bonuses like the weapon skin and the title?

Gamestop doesn’t give you a code until the day of release which I blame Anet. If you fully pay for the game ahead of time you won’t get a code that says you bought it so you won’t get the pre-own bonus.

Pre-orders are not pre-purchases. To obtain the pre-purchase bonuses, you must purchase through the official ArenaNet site (or in-game).

Some authorized retailers do offer the pre-purchase with the bonuses. You just have to make sure that is what you are buying and not a pre-order if for some reason you prefer to buy outside Anet itself. For example DLgamer offers it and states that the pre-purchase bonus is included.

Ahh, good to know. Previously, there were no Official Retailers offering pre-purchases. Thanks for the update. =)
