Guild Wars 2

I’m new and a bit confused about traits from the Trainer. I bought a trait book at lvl 25 and after buying it, it said i couldn’t use it until 30. It did not, however, say anything like that in the mouse-over.

I just hit 30 and am researching the Traits I’m interested in before buying this time. However, the wiki lists all sorts of odd prereqs for the different traits. As an example:

says i have to befriend some ogres and when I go to the link for this, it says it is a LVL 80 achievement! Are these old prereqs that are no longer used? If not, why on earth are these available to me to buy now at lvl 30?

It is lvl 80 because it is located in the WvW map, you’ll be upleveled to 80 there.
