Just a quick Q (with a little bit of background ’cus i know you ALL love that! ):

I was away from GW2 for around 3ish months in which time I missed the Flame & Frost Event (don’t worry i’m not too bothered about it (I spend most if not all my time in tpvp or wvw so I wouldnt have taken much part anyway)

What I am interested in is the skins. I was looking for some skins and recently found this :

http://dulfy.net/2013/04/30/gw2-braham-and-rox-gemstore-weapons/

Does anyone know if ANet have made a statement or suggested any likely hood of us being able to purchase these items in the gem store even though the event is over? Is it a yearly thing or is there no way of obtaining them now?

NB This may be in the wrong section I wasnt too sure…

Her pictures DO have gem costs next to them…..so they appear to have been available for purchase at some point.

Guessing they were only available during the Living Story Event…..

The braham an rox weapons were available since near the end of the flame and frost storyline in the gem store, I thin for a month or a little more, but not really sure.

AFAIK there hasn’t been any comment about the posibility of the skins returning at some point in the future, but they did say that the ones you could achieve on the game (like the molten gauntlets) are unlikely to return, but again, no mention about the gem store exclusive ones.

It’s a pile of Elonian protection magic, mixed with a little monk training,
wrapped up in some crazy ritualist hoo-ha from Cantha.
A real grab bag of ‘you can’t hurt me. They’re called Guardians.
