Is this available to players or NPC only?

I searched up and someone said it was available in Timberline Falls, but that information was false (It’s Stately).

The Chest is from the Stately set, its a karma set. The Pants are from crucible of eternity dungen, the shoulders are from the rare-level crafted masquerade set, the boots could be from the crafted acolythe set, cant see the gloves.

I think the boots are actually the CoE boots. But yeah, can’t see the gloves to tell what they are.

Thanks a bunch guys. Yeah I don’t think they wear gloves, the closest boots are probably Ascalon boots.
