Hello, my friend wants to play this game and maybe even sometimes buy it, but he can’t create a character on the same server as me, because piken square is constantly full. I know that we could play in pve/pvp together if he was on any server, but we wanna play wvw together too. I don’t think we can play it on the same team but from different servers. What to do?

You can change servers to a non-full server by either paying cash for Gems, exchanging Gold for Gems or deleting all your characters and transferring at no cost.

Other than that, your friend would have to wait until your server lost its Full status.

Piken is currently paired with Whiteside, which isn’t full. So your options are:

• Wait for Piken to become less-than-full. I’d guess it might be 3-6 months before that happens.
• Transfer to Whiteside (for 1000 gems), which allows you to play for at least 10 weeks with your friend. After that, it will depend on how ANet links worlds (which depends on factors outside our control).
• Have both you & your friend transfer to Whiteside, which means you’ll both always be able to play together (but might affect your friend’s relationship with any WvW guilds based on PS).
• Both of you can transfer to another world, e.g. Ruins of Surmia (currently, only costs 500 gems to transfer).
