Not sure where to ask this but My Girl Friend tried to put like 10g in our guild bank and got some message about being a new account and couldn’t put it in… So question is just where can I find info on what sort of Caps are in place and for how long???? Seems rather silly to me that we Buy Gems convert them to Gold and can’t use it the way we want….

There is a 30 day limit for accounts that you cannot send/deposit more gold than what you have earned.

I believe there is a 3(?) day period wherein new members could not access the guild bank; not sure if this restriction is only for withdraw or if it affects deposit as well.

Other than that, I am not sure what the cause could be as there isn’t much information to work with.

Well We have both been playing about 2 weeks now and I made the guild first day.. She also tried to send me some gold in the mail… And that didn’t work she tried a couple different amounts and got a message saying she tried to mail to many times… It was saying due to being a new game account or some thing……

It’s probably because of gold sellers. They could make a guild, invite the person buying gold, put the gold in the guild bank and the person withdraws. The mail is blocked for new accounts for the same reason.
