Does anyone know what’s the recipe to craft this one? The equivalent to PvE Corrupted dagger (blue glowing dagger)

I don’t know if the stats are the same, but the model looks exactly like the Corrupted Shard

Ya im talking about the sPvP equivalent to corrupted shard, saw some people with it, wondering how you craft it or what’s the level requirement.
