Guild Wars 2

I’ve spent the past hour scouring the internet to find a way to obtain an equivalent PvE match to the following medium shoulders:

I’m close to giving up, which sucks, because I love the look of the shoulders.

Anybody know how to get them?

I’ve spent similar time looking to find out how to get the helm. The answer, for the moment anyway, seems to be that you can’t in PvE. You can get a few pieces of the set during the story, but not all of them.

Someone mentioned that they were drops during the beta weekend, so one presumes that they were somehow accidentally removed from the drop table. There’s also a bug in the PvP sets where the Commando set uses the Stalwart mask instead of the Commando mask, so I wonder if that’s not related.

It would be really nice to see this fixed, but I doubt it’ll be happening anytime soon. It’s probably a fairly low priority and I doubt the devs actually know about it.

That’s not very cool.

I would have liked those shoulders.

Sorry for the necro thread but I am dying to know if these shoulders have ever been made obtainable via PvE I have searched and searched to no luck of finding any hope for them to ever be obtainable again.

As far as I know, no, they never put them into PvE.

Are they a possible choice for Personal Story rewards? I know several of the other Stalwart pieces are.

Man that’s too bad. I put together a medium armor set together on my thief via the wardrobe system at my bank and come to find out these shoulder isn’t obtainable anymore really saddens me cause we don’t have a whole lot of good looking armor pieces.

ArenaNet if you see this please consider making them obtainable again.

Hmmmm……I hardly ever play PvP yet I have a few of the other pieces in my wardrobe….must have gotten the skins from Achievement Chests.

Yeah, I actually have the helm and (I think) gloves from the set. Oh, and I actually have the pants. I’m fairly certain I got them from achievement chests, too.

I have the helmet unlocked for some reason. It’s like a dang tease ArenaNet. Makes me want to rage a little because I took some time picking out a whole armor outfit and then it comes down to the shoulders which is a mega buzz kill.

I checked and I have the Helm and the Boots.

I am planning to rush a Medium armor character up to the PS mission to get the coat as I absolutely LOVE that piece. Irony is, I used it on my Thief for MONTHS while leveling up but was unaware of the limited access of that skin. I’ve even got a few screenshots of her in it that armor that pop up on my screensaver and desktop background from time to time just to mock me….
