If I lets say buy the pirate town clothing, would I be able to transmute it to my armor? So that my armor can look like it? or is that not possible.

I say this because I like the look of the pirate chest because its not so baggy and isn’t a skirt.

The question might have been asked by someone who doesn’t have the town clothes. Asking before you buy, that sort of thing.

To answer the question, however: Town clothes cannot be transmuted to armor.

I can put the town clothes into the transmutation window, but when I try to drag an armor piece to the other side, it doesn’t allow it. Just to double check, I tried with the pirate boots, in an attempt to transmute to light armor boots.

I could attempt to verify with medium or heavy boots, but I can’t imagine that there would be any difference. The tool tip for the pirate boots shows “Foot Clothing” while the tool tip for my regular boots shows “Foot Armor”.

ahhh ok thanks. I was literally about to go to sleep when I was thinking about this and thought it would be easier to ask in the forum and sleep then load the game up again lol
