If I have Meteorlogicus main hand and Howler off-hand, will I have the Howler aura? I ask this because Meteorlogicus doesn’t have an aura of its own, only footfalls.

I think it’s whatever is in your main hand.

Footprints of a legendary equipped in the main hand will override any footprints of a legendary equipped in the offhand.

I am assuming the main hand overrides, but my question is regarding the auras. More specifically: will the off hand weapon’s aura take over if the main hand weapon doesn’t have an aura at all?

Looked at an old post on Reddit and someone stated that the auras don’t stack and it’s based on what’s equipped on the main hand when wieldedibg two just like the footfalls.

Gimme a couple hours then I’ll log back in and take a look at what u mean (have bolt/howler but never rly noticed this simple interplay of auras as u mentioned)

My hunch is (again could be remembering this wrong) I saw both auras so dunno

Might not work with bolt. As stated before, Meteorlogicus has no visible arm or full body aura, but Howler does. Just need confirmation. An incinerator main and quip offhand would also work as a good test if anyone can verify (Though Incinerator still has an arm aura, it may not test right). :/

Ye, I confirm with bolt/howler their auras are both there. Howler aura is almost imperceptible, but then again it seems kinda lessened in the presence of a stronger, more ostentatious aura. And ye I can agree that with regards to footfalls, mainhand does seem to override this.

I’m not sure abt ur actual question, but I usually don’t use bolt’s skin (I use some other costly extravagant one but its kinda dull so no one notices) and even though that has no aura the howler one is clearly visible. not sure if this applies if the mainhand is instead a legendary tho.

It does stack, for example: Incinerator MH and Quip OH, you get the footprints + flame effects on your right hand, plus the purple aura from Quip on your char (you also get bot unsheathing weapon effects)
