So anyway, I been having fun as an artificier for a while now, and have piled together quite a bit of Luck lately. However, I noticed something strange: If I want to craft an essense of Luck that gives me 50 luck, I will need five that gives me 10 luck each. If I want one that gives me 200 luck, I need two that gives me 100 luck, and so on. Or in other words, it seems rather pointless to craft luck, as the luck I get is equal to the luck I need to craft it. What am I missing? Can Luck be used to craft other things? So far I’ve been crafting essense of 200 luck, then used them to increase my magic find. It just seems pointless to craft a big essense with 200 luck, when I get the same amount of luck by using smaller essenses.

It’s used to limit the amount of clicks you need to → 200 luck essence used in one click vs 20 10 luck essence used in 20 clicks.

The exotic Essence of Luck is needed for two items.
Otherwise it is just a convenience to reduce the amount of clicking required to consume them.

They are there mostly to save your mouse a billion clicks.
Tho they are used in some other recipes aswell, I think the recent backpiece from the chinese new year required some luck essences to craft.

The ram backpack and mawdrey both require some essence of luck.
