Is there any bonus for completing All 7 categories of the Monthly Achievement?
Aside from XP and achievement points, there is no item or currency bonus for completing a category beyond the required 4, correct?

Correct, completing any more than the required four categories will only give you XP and achievement points. Same thing applies to dailies.
