In PvE I am elemental with Scepter/Dagger equipped. My dagger has Sigil of Corruption which stacks +5 condition damage every time i kill a foe, my scepter has Sigil of Luck which stacks +0.2% magic find every time I kill a foe. But I only ever see one of the boons appear above my healing/utility bar. Does that mean i’m only getting the boon that appears, and the other one is doing nothing? If so is there a way around that?

Yes. You can only stack one thing. What’s you stack depend on which weapon attacked first and get a stack.

The some thing happen when you have sigils on different weapon sets(ele don;t have them but many classes have) or unequip weapons and equip other with different stack runes.

There is no workaround because you can have only one stacking slot (similar to food slot or technical slot) and i think it’s intended.
