Hi guys,

I’m sorry if I may have posted this on the wrong sub forum, but I seem to have lost my quaggan backpack cover. I bought it a long time ago and I had to stop playing for a few months because I had exams coming up. Today, when I finally logged back on ( a lot has chanage :o), I couldn’t find my quaggan backpack cover. Do any of you guys have any clue where it might be stored? Maybe it gets sent to my bank, though I have not found it?

Edit: All I see leftover on my elementalist (that had the backpack) is the leather strap (the back piece armor)

If you haven’t haven’t already done so, check any alts you have, see if you transferred it to one of them but forgot. Also check your inventory in bank, characters and personal guild bank if you have one.

Support may or may not be able to help you. If you got it from the gem store then probably yes. If you got it from the trading post then probably no. To contact support, go to top of page-support, then top of page-submit a request. Make a ticket from there.

When checking on alts and in bags/bank, use the search field to type quaggan — it won’t show what’s actually equipped but will quickly find all quaggan items in inventory.

I have bought the backpack cover with gems that I got from turning gold into gems. It is even in my purchase history, I am certain my elementalist should have it because she has a “strong back brace” but no quaggan cover :c

If you bought it with gems and it’s in your purchase history then you are a good candidate to get a replacement if it can’t be located. Contact support and see what they can do for you.

I’m not sure if you take part in PvP, but is it possible that you had converted it for use in PvP and it is on one of your characters in PvP or in the locker there? That is, if the quaggan backpacks can even be used in PvP (I do not know as I do not PvP).
