Destroyer Lodestone I think.

It is slightly visible in the lowest part of the crafting material screen.

I thought for the new salvage inscriptions, you also need 5 ectos to make the weapon?

Yes but the OP is using an Assassin inscription which is just a regular crafted inscription.
