Recently I decided to work on the Arah reward track in PvP. I had to wait for a couple of weeks for it to open up and now it has around a week or so left.

The entire time I was waiting, my girlfriend had the Arah track open and it is still open now with no “time left” countdown.

So why is it that her Arah reward track has been open for over a month now with no countdown, while mine is only open for a of couple weeks?

You can unlock dungeon reward tracks for permanent access by completing that dungeon’s Story Mode in PvE. Now that Arah no longer has a Story Mode, you’d need to complete one of its Explorable Mode paths (any one) to get it as a permanent reward track unlock.

Unless the patch notes were wrong, you can do either the Personal Story step Victory Or Death OR an explorable path of Arah to unlock that track.

I’ve done the story and all explorable paths, but it has been quite a while since I did any of them. So would I need to do them again to have it unlocked permanently?

Yes, you need to do it again.

When PvP tracks were introduced, they didn’t retroactively unlock for people that had already finished the story mode paths, and everyone had to do them again.
