Does transference sigil or the 6th option for monk runes work on the healing done by the regeneration boon I give to other people?

From the ‘Healing’ page on the Wiki:“The regeneration boon replenishes health over time and is affected by increases of outgoing healing such as Sigil of Benevolence.”

The answers appears to be yes, since both rune and sigil are listed as increasing outgoing healing.
