Guild Wars 2

I’ve posted this forum before but I’d thought I should ask it here as well.

Is the Stalward Shoulder only available in the Story reward for Personal Story? Is there any other way of obtaining it? It’s a really cool shoulder and I really regret not choosing it before.

Stalwart armor is a mostly unobtainable armor set. The only skin that can be acquired is the Caretaker’s Jacket chest skin by completing a level 40 personal story step on any medium armor wearing class. All other pieces of the set are currently unobtainable, except by players who unlocked the skins during the old PvP reward system.
