As far as i understand, ascended items drop at level 10+ fractal, but in 10+fractals u get agony condition. So how are you suposed to get agony ressistance ?

Agony is manageable without resistance until the later levels. Only certain bosses, and certain attacks, inflict agony, and those attacks can usually be dodged or the agony healed off.

but as said starting agony isn’t instant death and mostly manageable, and of course there’s laurel gear as well

Does Laurel gear grant any agony resistance at all?

they have infusion slots so I would assume so once infused (not sure if they can be upgraded to have some inherent AR as well like some other ascended stuff) and of course you can always craft an ascended back item if you find some mist
