Hey all,

I have a question about the ascended rings you can get with laurels. I know that they say “unique” so that you can only equip 1 and not 2 of the same name. But i do have a question/concern about it.

There are 2 rings i want to get for my main toon, they have different names to the rings, one is called “Ettinband” (currently have this one equipped on my main) and the other is called “Ossa Family Signet Ring” (i want to get this ring next to co-inside with my Ettinband ring). One has a defensive infusion slot, the other has an Offensive infusion slot. They both say “unique” on them. They both have the same stats.

My question is is that can I equip one of each on my main toon, or do they consider these 2 rings the same since they have the same stats? I find that Anet isnt very clear whern it comes to certain things in this game,

So if anyone has any info on this for me, i would greatly appreciate any input. Or if anyone has tried out what im about to do later today when i finish the new dailies, cause then i will have enough laurels to do it, but i do not want to waste my 35 laurels on a ring i might not be able to equip cause of another one i have equipped

You can use both of those on your main! Same stats but different infusion slot!

Thanks thats whay i thought, but you never now sometimes. At least i know i wont have to worry about wasting 35 laurels.

Always good to double check if unsure. 35 laurels is no small matter. I’m one who usually triple checks everything I buy before confirming.
