Would it be possible for a EU player to join a NA guild and vice versa? (Regardless of the fact said player wouldn’t be able to join guild members and guild activities unless transfer, which I am aware of)

Yes! It actually is possible. I joined Woes (Ehmbry Bay US guild) while I was still on a European server, so yes, you can. But as you stated yourself; guild activities are very limited then. Can’t do much more but talk.

I would also like to help since I started a Guild and do not know how to initiate activities. Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe if I join you on your activities, I might learn what to do with my Guild.
