So my question is, does food that grant life steal (by my understanding has a 1 second internal cd) stack with superior sigil of blood (which has a 2 second cd)?

For example can they proc at the same time, and grant you life steal twice? Or when one procs, the other goes on cooldown?

They’re separate effects.
