Can I make a topic non-related to GW2 and other games that could help others?
Like computers and such?

I believe all topics need to be GW2 related, but if you go to the Tech Support sub forum you will find people designing computer systems with an eye to how well they’ll support GW2 … and other games as well.

I’ve asked for computer help, both when I was getting a new graphics card for my desktop and when I was looking at buying a laptop.

In both cases I put it in the context of ‘what would be best for GW2’ (which was genuinely one of my top priorities) but I was asking more generally as well.

Mainly I just wanted tips from people I knew wouldn’t just say “lol get a mac!” which seems to be the only computer advice my friends and family will ever give.

Any threads need to have a real Guild Wars 2 link to them or they are quickly deleted. Threads about other games, including threads that compare Guild Wars 2 to other games, are also deleted.
