Do i have to finish 7 DIFFERENT fractals or just 7 fractals overall?

and what about the achievs with ??? on them?

It’s just like last month. 7 fractals overall. And we’re talking each fractal you complete, not the number required to bump you to the next fractal level (so you can wrap up this component of the monthly in two fractal runs). The ??? achievements are most likely connected to the holiday event later in the month (as with previous months).

The ??? ones will (almost certainly) come with the wintersday event. Same happened with halloween and lost shores, so it should come soon.

Fractals from what i heard are 7 levels. On odd levels you get 3, on even ones you get 4, so say doing 1+2 should get you 7 fractals. Correct me if I’m wrong. Hope this helps!

This is how it works. I haven’t done my fractals this month. But last month, I was able to complete level 1 (which contained 3 fractals) and level 2 (which contained 4 fractals) and completed the fractal component for my monthly.

I assume it works the same for this month’s monthly achievement.

Wait, December’s monthly includes Fractals again??

I think it has to be 7 different fractals.

Last month I was 6/7 and did the giant fractal (which I had done to get to 6/7) and it did not give me credit

It definitely wasn’t 7 unique fractals last month; I got it by doing Dredge twice and Snowblind twice (plus 3 other individual ones). I would hope that hasn’t changed since you can’t control which ones you go to.

Then I have no idea why it didn’t give me credit. I nearly missed getting the monthly because of it.

It doesn’t have to be unique fractals for this month.

I can confirm that it is how it works. I did level 1 and 2 fractals last night and got that part of the monthly achievement done.
