I wanted to know would transmuting a soulbound backpack with a account bound backpack. Would it make the item soulbound still or account bound?
I want to move my quagan backpack to my other character since i got the Charr backpack on my main now.

I’m not sure but I think it depends on which one you keep the stats from. The binding is part of the stats rather than the skin.

I know that it is possible to transmute soul bound items (like starter head gear) onto a white item in order to make the item account bound. So I suspect if you can transmute it to a plain white backpiece, and keep the stats of the white item, it will make the item account bound.

Did you get a plain backpiece item with the Charr backpack?
