Guild Wars 2

I’m level 40 now and I’ve been wondering this for a while, do you get the stats and proc effects from your 2nd set of weapons even when you use your first set? It seems like you get the stats from what I can tell, but I have no real way to tell if the procs off of the 2nd weapon will work on the first set :/ Any ideas?

They don’t stack… only with what is equipped at the time (weapon set I) not both.
