If I dual-wield daggers, do the sigil effects from each dagger combine no matter which one the animation shows me using, or are they separate?

Both sigils are active no matter which skill is being used.

If you have a sigil of fire on mainhand dagger and a sigil of air on the offhand dagger, and even if you only attack with skill 1, both the air sigil and the fire sigil have their respective chances to activate on each strike. It’s also extra nice to get both to fire off at the same time on a single attack, which happens frequently for me.

You do not need to use skills 4 or 5 to potentially activate the air sigil that is on the offhand dagger.
