I have a jade dragon ticket to redeem and was wondering once I choose the one I want and apply it to the item (lets pretend the hammer). Can I then use a fine transmute stone to make another hammer have the same look? Wondering if I can have my dps item and my tanking item have the same look? Or would it destroy the dps hammer if I tried to then make the tanking hammer share the same look?

You can have the skin only applied to one weapon. When transmutating you actually combine technical segments of 2 weapons (looks, stats, upgrade). Both donor weapons are destroyed in the progress.

So if you want the skin two times you need two tickets.
