Okay I have a couple questions with legendaries and other things.
My first is that if you wield a dagger on your second hand does it still produce the cool footsteps? I know this may be already answered but when you transmute legendaries with exotics do they still have legendary color and effects? Like I dont want ptv so I was going to transmute it with ppcd.
Also, when gold farming why do people still do cof alot like 2 hrs when the money gets reduced? Is there any other good places to get money besides Orr and cof?
Lastly, any tips for making legendaries would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, offhand weapons will still provide their legendary effects.

HOWEVER if you’re also wielding a mainhand legendary, the mainhand’s effects will take priority (footsteps/char model changes) and the offhands will be “muted”.

When running cof the end dungeon reward is only a part of the money gained. If done fast than the other sources (drops and gold from bosses) makes up for the lost end reward. If done with an omnomberry bar and gold infusion the first boss gives you 16 silver and the effigy gives you about 24 silver.

As long as you keep the legendary skin (and not the stats), you’re fine. The item will retain it’s purpley goodness and the skin (which is all the visual effects/looks).

However, nobody is sure if you transmute that it’ll auto-upgrade to ascended when ascended weaponry rolls around.

I think somewhere (search function is a piece of kitten here) a dev said they realized a lot of people are transmuting legendarys and they would try to upgrade them to ascended when they come out but I’m not sure how this will work.
