Hi all,

I had these two Grawl paws in my inventory. The wiki said they are used to activate a grawl collection, so I double clicked one. The collection activated just fine. When i double click the second, it says I already have the collection. Is the second paw useless and I should just vendor it?

Next, I’m getting a few items of yellow quality. After I out level them, when I try to salvage them, a warning appears asking if I really want to salvage them. Is that just a courtesy warning for higher quality gear? I don’t need them again do I?

Yes and Yes.

You can vendor the 2nd grawl paw. There are a few items like that (the other one I remember is a krait scale), they’ll keep dropping after you’ve unlocked the collection but you don’t need them and can sell them.

All equipment rare (yellow) and above asks for confirmation before you salvage it. It’s basically just because as the name implies it’s less common than blues or greens so it’s not as easy/cheap to get another one if you salvage it by accident. But it’s not exactly difficult either so you don’t need to worry too much about it. If you’re sure you don’t want it then you can salvage it.

The ones you do want to be careful with are exotics (orange), particularly ones with a special name. Some of them have unique skins and are worth a lot on the Trading Post. It’s always worth checking the price before you soulbind or salvage exotic drops.

Yes, the second paw is now just vendor trash; there’s no need to keep it. And the salvage warning is, indeed, just a courtesy warning so that you don’t accidentally salvage gear you might want to keep. There’s no need to keep them if you’ve outleveled them/gotten something better.
