I’ll try to make this as blunt as I can: Does the effect of a sigil only apply to the weapon it’s attached do, or does it apply to your character, overall (no matter what weapon is used)?

For instance: If I apply an “on crit” sigil to a pistol, does that same “on crit” effect apply to, say, my daggers? Or do I have to be using that pistol it’s applied to.

With that, my second question: So sigils stack?

For instance: If I apply two “10% chance of” sigils onto a pair of weapons, does it then become “20% chance”?

The sigil only applies to the weapon you used it on, and the effect will only work when you are currently wielding it. You can easily test this with a sigil of accuracy.
