Guild Wars 2

Does toughness reduce damage from magic and conditions as well as physical attacks?
Does each 1 point in healing add 1 point to the actual health gained by an ability or is it some sort of percentage?
Does power affect damage returned by retaliation?

Plenty of everyone is asking the same thing. New game. Gotta find out for yourself right now.

I have tested, for a fact, that more is better, at least.
