Quick question on condition duration
According to tests someone did a while ago it should be 75%.
Lets say I have +140% duration on my bleeds but the cap is 100% and I’m putting them on someone with -65% duration. Do I get the full 75% or does the 100 cap stop the +40% and I end up only getting the +35?
