Can i use this mouse if the macro buttons are broke… It connects like a regular mouse and it doesnt even registar as a r.a.t mouse. I cant uase the buttons except left/right click and the regular scroll. The rest of them do nothing

give that poor mouse some money please, or atleast feed it once in a while.

??? What lol i jst dont want to get banned for using a mouse thats fair game seeing how the macros do not work

if it works like a regular mouse then i see no reason why you wouldnt be allowed to use it …. although i think there was a statement somewhere that you COULD use macros as long as they only corresponded to ONE button press and were not repeated

…also have you tried reinstalling the mouse drivers? would be kind of annoying to spend on a rat 7 and have it function only as a simple mouse

Yea i think its just busted… Brand new and it didnt work maybe because i have a mac but the r.a.t i had before worked just fine with this mouse, i go to my driver and it doesnt even recognize it.

Shouldn’t this be in technical support?

I am using a R.A.T. 5 and my two side-buttons are working fine, though I dont have any drivers installed. Perhapps you should unistall yours :P (not trolling). My GW recognizes them as Mouse Button 4&5 btw
