Hey Guys,
I was wondering if the profession traits apply for the race skills like they work for the profession skills. I am making a Sylvari Turret Master and was wondering if the turret traits work for the Take Root skill for Sylvari?

anyone know the answer to this question?

I am pretty sure that racial skills are not affected by traits. One thing is racial skills are a set of skills by them selves. For example i have a charr warrior and when i use a shout build there is a trait that decreases the recharge of said shouts. there is also a charr racial skill that you would think would be a shout but it counts as a racial skill so it is not affected by this trait. Racial skills are usually meant (ANET meant them to be) to be just some fun distraction – they are usually not something you design a build around. So I would think traits has no effect on racial skills.
