Is there a way to change race? I was looking at the make over kits on BLTP but it seems none of them list being able to change race.
Is it possible or do I have to completely reroll?

Price of having even as much prersonal story as there is.
Yeah, the first three parts of the personal story are tied to your race, so it would seriously break the game to allow people to change races.
