Guild Wars 2

I’m playing norn ranger and using shape-shift to be my elite skill. What traits are related to the shape-shift skills?

I want to improve the duration and reduce the recharge rate.

Is it possible to have racial traits for the racial skill in the future?

Oh man, sorry about the norn thing. All norn racials are horrible.
