I’ve been doing a lot of exploring and I keep coming across clusters of healing turrets along the road. My first thought is probably a group of bots but I don’t see any players around or if there is, they aren’t engineers. These turrets also seem to be inactive and not giving out regen. My best guess so far is maybe patrolling NPCs drop them when they fight monsters. Anyone have an answer to this?

they could be turrets dropped by supply crate maybe. those ones can’t be destroyed by whoever set it down, they stay in the world for a certain time (don’t know what that is). if they were dropped the person who dropped them could have wp away from the area. just an idea. it might not be that, but its the only thing I could think of, unless its a bug because I haven’t seen NPCs drop healing turrets

I just saw this in the northern part of Bloodtide Coast and I thought they were just part of the environment, like the Lionguard put them there to help travelers or something. Every couple dozen feet or so there was another Healing Turret along the road. Funny bug if that’s the case.

Yeah, I always notice those and have no clue as to why they’re always there.

80 Guardian. 80 Warrior. 80 Thief. 80 Engineer. 80 Necromancer. 80 Ranger.

The healing turrets in Bloodtide are at exactly the points where groups of mobs spawn for a certain dynamic event. Not sure if it’s an event farming mechanism or what, but there ya go.
