So I picked my first Elite skill – Meladnru, and I think it was a mistake, as I don’t really like it.
I scavanged 10 more points and am wondering which skill is generally better for a kiting ranger that uses the shortbow most often.

Should I take entangle or Rampage as One?

Please help me decide
Thanks!

Entangling roots is more for ranged people. Rampage as one is for both melee and ranged.
If you have a problem with survivability then I would suggest entangling roots since its main purpose is to keep people from reaching you.

You earn skill points even after 80, so eventually you can still get them all.

That being said, I roll longbow/shortbow and I prefer entangle for PvE, but I switch to Rampage quite frequently in PvP, as getting in melee range of the zerg to use Entangle usually means death.

I have excellent survivability, due to the fact that I don’t get hit often and use a sword/warhorn combo to get away quickly when in mele.
Does RaO give me any benefits to my Ranged skills?
