Guild Wars 2

I’m not much of a PvE person but since I want to unlock a lot of the expensive skins, getting lvl 80 and farming lvl 80 content is a must + unlocking order armors, karma etc. I do also want to at least experience all the PvE content at least once.

I mainly play thief pvp and thats what I started with, but I rly dislike thief PvE as I find myself backing off most of the time and unable to take on multiple mobs. I’ve tried all the classes and narrowed it down to guardian and ranger.

Which, between guardian and ranger, will allow me to smoothly play through all the PvE content as well as yield the most efficient lvl 80 gold farming?
