Hi just hit level 35 and i have taking a few skills that are not all that good or will be used. Now i have re-stated my Traits and i was looking at doing the same with my skills. Can this be done? If it can be done is it the same for every class?

You cannot regain used skillpoints, no.

You can however go questing in the other racial starting zones and pick up all the skillpoints you find in those areas. Doing that is a great way to quickly grab a bunch of new skills without too much effort.

you will be able to get all the skills and more. even after you hit 80 every time your exp bar fills you will gain a skill point.
