Removing Old Friends

I find I can only ‘report’ when I’m in WvW, if I’m in a PvE environment I can remove people from FL.
Edit: Just right click on the name.
A warrior, a guardian, and an elementalist walk into an open field…
The Warrior turns to the guardian and says, “Did you hear something?”
Guardian replies, “No, but how’d the elementalist die?”
The Warrior turns to the guardian and says, “Did you hear something?”
Guardian replies, “No, but how’d the elementalist die?”
I just checked on my friend’s list, and the option to ‘remove friend’ shows up whether they are online or offline. All I did was right-click on their name. It doesn’t show up for blocked ‘friends’, but you can move those to friends, and then ‘remove friend’.
Seem to be some kind of bug sometimes, i can only report friends (or even guildmates in the guild roster), other times i get a lot of options including to remove them, so try again tomorrow or something
