Guild Wars 2

I haven’t played gw2 in 6 months and I was wondering if there is a way now to remove a skin from an item, so I can either sell it or convert it to pvp. As I have many skins such as Jade weapons, Ghastly Shield etc on a character I no longer play.

There is an untransmuter thingie on the TP but nothing like making an item unsoulbound.
