Every time I activate the spell near a mob my character automatically targets it and attacks. Is there a way to fix this? If it’s intended then oh well, very poor choice for naming that spell.

Edit: also it’s not only “Retreat” but even other buff spells.

Do you mean the Guardian shout skill? If so, I use that skill and have not had this problem. :-/

I have this problem also. Very annoying when running somewhere, as it will cause a draw and attack on any hostile or non-hostile attackable creature in your LOS, slowing you down in the process.
If only we had a flat 25% increase like the majority of other profs have I wouldn’t have to constantly spam every 30 secs.

I don’t have this problem either, but I also have auto-targeting and auto attack turned off to avoid these exact situations. Same problem will occur with leap skills if you don’t turn this stuff off.

What options do y’all have for auto-attacking? You might want to disable some/all of the options.

I know, but turning options off doesn’t work for me. I need them on. I agree if this thing occurs with offensive spells, but this isn’t the case. Buffs shouldn’t target anything at all.
