Guild Wars 2

I left when Lions Arch fell, and returning with my 80 Mesmer. I’m wondering where to go to pick up where I left the game. Mainly new areas or quest lines.
Trying to relearn how to play but lost as to where to go. Thanks!

If you are talking about the Living Story, you can check your Hero panel.
Unfortunately if those episodes weren’t unlocked while the Story was active, you will have to buy them.
The new areas are Dry Top and Silver wastes. The wiki and Dulfy.net has good information on each.

Well, normally on the right top of your screen you have a pointer to your current story progression (either it be Kill Zhaitan or something more advanced in the current Living Story). Also, check your mails, because some parts of the current Living Story activate upon reading a specific mail..

New Area: Silverwastes is the newest addition, with quite some champions, events, grinds, … But the Living Story will direct you towards there normally..
