Guild Wars 2

I have just recently returned to GW 2 after playing numerous other mmos. While leveling my toon I chose to fully explore each city and zone I came across. However while exploring the grove I keep trying to check my progress, I checked the world map and the options menus however I can’t find the toggle for it.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can check the exploration progress of any zone by hovering over its name in the world map, if that’s what you’re asking. Note that this does mean that you have to be zoomed out far enough to see the name/level range of the zone on the world map.
