Hi,
Could anyone tell me whether I can play the previous living event starting in Season 3?
Or only the current?

(Also, I quit somewhere during Dry Top, can I still play those? Do I have to pay for them?)

If you logged into the game while Episodes 1 was active/live, it has been unlocked for you. Same with Episode 2, which is now active/live.

If you logged in while any Episodes of Season Two were active/live, they will have been unlocked. If not, you can purchase them in the Gem Store with Gems acquired either with cash or through the Gold-Gem exchange.

As noted above, unlocked Episodes will be indicated in the Living Story tab of the Hero Panel.

It’s also possible to play many of the chapters if someone who has the instance unlocked starts it, but I don’t think you can earn the achievements for them without having the chapters unlocked yourself. The Silverwastes and Dry Top are open for any level 80 character to enter, but only those with the chapters can initiate the stories.

Bloodstone Fen and Ember Bay, however, have no direct portal from them to any other map. The only way to get to them the first time is to follow the story.

Or, use a Teleport to a Friend consumable. At least, it works for characters that have never done unlocked Episodes.
